Contract for providing consultancy services in the area of recruitment

With reference to our discussion on the subject matter, we have accepted your offer for providing consultancy services in the area of recruitment on the terms and conditions set out hereunder :

I. Our professional fees shall be equal to:-
8.33% of CTC per annum .CTC means all the components of salary but does not include (but not limited to) any joining Bonus or notice period reimbursement, incentive, re-location assistance or the cost of perquisites applicable to grade and gratuity.

II. We shall recommend suitable pre screened candidates from our data bank / search and assist you in setting up the interviews.

IIII. We shall ensure that the candidates have cleared our internal selection process (pre- screened) and meet your requirements.

IV. You shall bear the cost of travel etc., of any outstation candidates you may wish to meet in accordance with your travel rules.

V. You shall be entitled to deduct TDS etc. as may be applicable from time to time However, for overseas placements No deductions shall be made from our Bills.

VI. We agree that in event we commit breach of any terms of this Contract, you shall be entitled to terminate this Contract with immediate effect.
